- Update repository reference from dynamous-community/Archon-V2-Alpha to coleam00/Archon
- Remove auto-generated title with UserReportedError text
- Make bug title field mandatory with validation
- Simplify GitHub issue creation to preserve all user input fields
- Remove template parameter to allow full body content in manual submissions
